Brother Islands – Daedalus – Elphinstone

Diving experience: at least AOWD and 50 logged dives! – A tour full of shark lights 😉 The Brother Islands are not easy to dive due to the sometimes strong current and often high waves and therefore only recommended for advanced and experienced divers! The 2 islands of the Brothers (Small Brother, Big Brother) are located in the middle of the Red Sea and are among the best but also the most difficult dive sites in the Red Sea and are only accessible by dive ships. There is a very strong current on site, which provides breathtaking flora and fauna. Encounters with sharks and large fish of many different species are part of the daily routine here. Shark sightings are also not uncommon on the reef of Daedalus. Here you can often find large groups of hammerhead sharks. But also the almost 100 meter long anemone wall with thousands of small anemone fish is worth seeing. To top it off, the reef of Elphinstone once again provides a colorful variety of different coral species paired with a lot of fish, big fish and repeatedly appearing dolphins.
